A Colorful Wedding at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston
When Mia and Peter reached out to us, they expressed their passion for fine art, and there was no better place for their wedding reception than at the Museum of Fine Arts Houston. As their Houston wedding planner, our goal was to blend the couple’s love for art with their personal love story, creating an event as mesmerizing as the masterpieces that adorned the museum walls.
Walking into their reception, guests were immediately transported into what felt like a living painting. Despite being surrounded by a stunning collection of art, we knew that the decor needed its own touch of magic. Mia, with her keen eye for a vibrant aesthetic, had her heart set on colorful florals. It was as if each petal was thoughtfully selected to accentuate the textures and tones of artwork around them. The florals perfectly complemented the beauty of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, adding a bit of charm without overshadowing the artistic grandeur of the surroundings.
Now, if there’s one thing we’ll always remember about Mia and Peter’s special day, it’s how they never missed a beat on the dance floor — their energy was truly infectious! Except, of course, for that sweet moment when Mia made her grand entrance in her second dress, an ensemble that had everyone’s attention. Her transition into the adorable, dance-ready attire encapsulated the joy of the evening.
