Carrie + Cody’s Halloween Wedding
Since Carrie and Cody share a mutual love of “The Nightmare Before Christmas” and Halloween, having a Halloween Wedding on October 31st was a no-brainer. Unfortunately, like many couples, their wedding plans were thrown off course by COVID. With five months left until their wedding, their venue closed and they were forced to find a new one. Their original venue came with a coordinator, which they were losing too and this is when Carrie reached out to me. When we started, Carrie said she wanted, “basically someone I can stress out to and tell me it’s okay and we fix it.” Check out her testimonial here to see if she got it!
The room was filled with deep tones of burgundy and purple accented beautifully with black and gold. No Halloween Wedding would be complete without skulls and pumpkins which you could find throughout their decor.
One-Of-A-Kind Halloween Wedding Decor
I love when a couple adds unique elements to their wedding and Carrie, Cody, and their family did just that! Her dad built the coffin cover for guests to sign, the table signs, and the AMAZING branching alter.
Carrie decorated her own shoes with photos of Jack and Sally!
One of my favorite elements was their unity ceremony.
Since Cody is a chef, they chose to combine different spices, each with its own meaning.
To end such a magical and fun-filled night, Carrie and Cody were driven away by her father in his vintage mustang!
