This is one of my favorite parts of the planning process—when I truly start to get to know you. It’s so much more than just asking how you met; it’s about connecting and delving into your vision and preferences. This allows us to create a personalized plan that reflects your unique style and ensures every aspect of your wedding is perfectly tailored to your desires.
2. The Plan
We provide you with a complete plan—a personalized roadmap for your wedding day. This plan includes full design renderings and a curated selection of vendors, with all contracts and invoices prepared for your review and signature. We’ll walk you through every detail to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned, allowing you to make any adjustments as needed. You can finalize everything in one meeting, streamlining the process to make it as effortless as possible.
3. The Orchestration
After your plan is set, we dive into action behind the scenes to ensure everything comes together effortlessly. We provide final guest numbers to vendors, organize a smooth schedule for their arrivals and load-ins, and confirm that every detail is locked in. The wedding party and VIPs are kept in the loop well in advance, so everyone is prepared. With meticulous coordination and careful attention to logistics, we make sure everything is in perfect order as the big day approaches.
4. The Reveal
On your wedding day, we're there from start to finish, on-site to oversee every moment, handle all logistics, and make any last-minute adjustments. Yes! We've planned both domestic and international destination weddings. Whether your event is in another state or on the other side of the world, we’re experienced in managing the unique logistics and details required for an extraordinary celebration.
do you offer destination wedding planning?
We’re flexible and experienced in working with various timelines. We’ve successfully planned weddings in under 90 days and have also worked with couples over a span of 2 years. The time needed depends on your unique needs and the complexity of your event, and we’ll tailor our approach to fit your timeline.
How much time do we need to plan our wedding?
That’s up to you! Whether you want to be hands-on or prefer to let us handle everything, we’ll adapt our approach to suit your preferences.
